Vendor Sign-Up

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Clark County Flea Market. Below is the pertinent information regarding the Flea Markets. If anything changes or gets added to this information, you will be notified by email.

Vendor Cost: $45 per booth space


Booth Size: 

Inside 12x8 space (upstairs & downstairs) -Bring your own table. Metal folding chairs are available for use.

Outside 12x12 -Bring your own canopy, table/s and chairs.


Vendor Information and Instructions:

  • The market hours are 9am-4pm
  • Setup: Outdoor vendors can start setting up on Saturday at 6:30am. Indoor vendors can set up Friday 12:00-7:00 or Saturday at 6:30am. 
  • All vendors need to be present, set up and ready to go by 8:30am with your vehicle off the Manor Grange lot. It will be assumed that if you are not, then you forfeit your space. All items, signs etc are to be within your assigned space/s.
  • No vendors are to park in the Manor Grange parking lot. After unloading vehicle/s, your vehicle must be moved to the designated parking areas to allow for others room for others to unload.
  • For outside spaces, if you use a canopy, it must be weighed down.
  • If you are a vendor on the upstairs floor, we ask that you please use extreme caution with food and drink and notify us immediately of any spills so we can attend to them promptly. This is a requirement per the Manor Grange rental agreement. Any violation can endanger future event opportunities and put the hosts at risk.
  • No smoking (of any form), alcohol, drugs, or paraphernalia is allowed on the Manor Grange property.
  • The following is not allowed to be sold at the Clark County Flea Market: drugs/paraphernalia of any kind, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, animals, medicines, nutritional supplements, stolen property, fake or counterfeit items, anything illegal and all items must be safe for the viewing of all ages.
  • Vendors cannot bring their vehicles back to the Manor Grange parking lot until the close of the event at 4:00pm. This is a safety and insurance requirement.
  • We ask that you stay set up & open for business until the end of the event (4pm). Vendors must remove everything from their space including their own trash. The only trash cans provided will be for customer items, such as for drink cups or food wrappers. 
  • Each vendor is responsible for their own business. All licenses, permits, taxes, insurance, and anything else related, are up to each vendor to comply with the law and not the responsibility of the event coordinators. This includes following all requirements for food vendors.
  • Vendors are responsible for themselves, their employees, their property, and their own      product. The event coordinator/s is not liable for any injuries, theft, or damage to or as a result of vendors, their employees, and their property/product.
  • Please do not bring pets to this event.
  • We are hoping to have 2 or 3 food vendors and a couple of farm fresh produce vendors.
  • You may purchase up to two spaces, if you need more, please reach out to us.
  • There are no refunds, cancellation or changes allowed. In the event of an emergency and      Manor Grange is unavailable, every effort will be made to reschedule the event.
  • A few things to keep in mind for a successful day - Make your booth attractive, have knowledge of your product, keep prices customer friendly, engage with customers when appropriate and always be friendly. We want our customers to keep coming back!
  • Clark County Flea Market is a rain or shine event.
