Welcome to Jamjam Deals - Thrift, Flea Market and Auctions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Vancouver Flea Market. Below is information and the legal stuff. Important to note: If anything changes or gets added to this information, you will be notified by email. After reading this information, click on the link below to proceed to the payment page. Moving on to the payment page implies you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

The Vancouver Flea Market will be held at Manor Grange 17901 NE 72nd Ave. Battle Ground, WA 98604. Vendor spaces will be in the south half of the parking lot. There will be an estimated 50 vendor spaces - possible more if needed. Vendors may use a canopy if desired. The canopy must be weighed down. Any signs or product must stay within your assigned space. Spaces are 11' x 11'. For the 2025 season, spaces are $55 each. If you reserve by January 31, 2025 - you receive a reduced cost of $45 per space. Vendors may purchase up to two spaces. To do so, sign up two times with the same name. If you feel you need more space, please contact the organizer. Hours of the event are 9:00am - 4:00pm. Vendors can start setting up at 6:30am. All vendor vehicles must be off the Manor Grange parting lot by 8:30am.

Vendor agrees to the following:

-No smoking of any form on the Manor Grange property.

-No Alcohol sales or consumption on the Manor Grange property.

-No drugs or drug paraphernalia of any form is to be sold or used on Manor Grange property.

-No sale of any form of pornography. No sales of any type of sex play items.

-No Demonic/Satanic Items or anything that can be perceived as Demonic or Satanic.

-Vendors must take their own trash with them at the end of the day. The only trash cans provided will be for customer items, such as for drink cups or food wrappers.

-At the end of the event, vendors must remove everything from their space.

-No vendors are to park in the Manor Grange parking. After unloading vehicles, your vehicle must be moved to an alternate location. Other parking location options will be announced soon. Vendors cannot bring their vehicles back to the Manor Grange parking lot until the close of the event at 4:00pm.

-Each vendor is responsible for their own business. All licenses, taxes, insurance and anything related are up to each vendor to comply with the law.

-Do not bring pets to this event.

-Vendors are responsible for themselves and their own product. Organizer is not liable for any injuries, theft or damage.

-If you use a canopy, it must be weighed down.

-Vendors agrees to hold Manor Grange, Sweet Styles Company, Jamjam Deals, Vancouver Flea Market and any other participating organizer harmless in respect to any and all incidents that may arise from using Manor Grange buildings, parking lots or anywhere else on the Manor Grange property.

-Ideally, 80 percent of vendor spaces should be occupied by flea market vendor with second hand and/or vintage merchandise. If too many craft vendors sign up, I may need to cancel and refund them. The majority of the event is intended to be a legit flea market/garage sale. If you are a craft vendor and want to confirm your spot before signing up, please contact the organizer. I want to avoid doubling the same type of vendor. For example, there is already a dress vendor, so another dress vendor would not be able to participate. We are also hoping to have 2 or 3 food vendors and a couple of farm fresh produce vendors.

-Not allowed to sell at Vancouver Flea Market: drugs of any kind, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, animals, medicines, nutritional supplements, stolen property, fake or counterfeit items, demonic or satanic items, pornography, sex play items.

-Vancouver Flea Market is a rain or shine event.

-A few things to keep in mind for a successful day - make your booth attractive, have knowledge of your product, keep prices customer friendly, engage with customers when appropriate and always be friendly. We want our customers to keep coming back.

-Another way to make the day successful is to tell everyone about the Flea Market and share on social media.

-When signing up to become a vendor, please include your phone number and type of items you sell in the notes section on the payment screen.

-There are no refunds, cancellations or changes allowed. In the event of an emergency and the Manor Grange is unavailable, every effort will be made to reschedule.
